NA CESTĚ KE 3D – DIGITALIZACE, DŮVĚRA, DOPAD

Donátor: Projekt podpořila Nadace OSF v rámci programu Active Citizens Fund, jehož cílem je podpora občanské společnosti a posílení kapacit neziskových organizací. Program je financován z Fondů EHP a Norska.
Anotace projektu:
Vedle nabízených služeb a aktivit je pro IQRS důležitý také vnitřní rozvoj organizace, a to i ve smyslu efektivní práce s digitálními nástroji. Nestabilní financování neziskového sektoru spolu s klesající důvěrou společnosti však ztěžují neziskovým organizacím alokaci prostředků do digitalizace a profesionalizace organizace. Přitom právě kvalitnější užívání digitálních nástrojů pomáhá vést ke větší důvěře společnosti a lepším finančním vyhlídkám. Zároveň zkušenost koronavirové pandemie poukázala na nedostatky online prostředí jak ze strany pracovníků, tak i celé organizace. V neposlední řadě byly oblasti digitalizace a kyberbezpečnosti spolu s prací s daty a jejich prezentací označeny auditem AVPO v roce 2021 za slabé stránky organizace.
Hlavním cílem projektu je posílit finanční, odborné a personální kapacity IQRS ve třech oblastech: digitalizace a kyberbezpečnost, efektivní prezentace výsledků a dopadů práce a vztahy s veřejností a mezisektorová spolupráce.
K naplnění cílů dojde díky mapování aktuálního stavu užívání digitálních nástrojů a softwarů v IQRS, vzdělávání zaměstnanců v potřebných uživatelských dovednostech v IT oblastech či ve vizualizaci a prezentaci dat. V důsledku srozumitelné prezentace úspěchů a činnosti organizace se zvýší důvěra v organizaci a finanční podpora ze strany veřejnosti. Dojde k posílení kybernetické bezpečnosti hlavně při práci s citlivými daty.
Dalšími cíli projektu jsou:
– zjistit reálný stav využívání IT technologií i znalostí pracovníků v oblasti kyberbezpečnosti a digitálních kompetencí
– vypracovat plán rozvoje digitálních kompetencí dle jednotlivých oblastí práce/pozic
– naučit se moderní metody práce s daty a tyto nově nabité znalosti využít při prezentaci (s důrazem na vizualizaci) práce organizace a jejích dopadů
– vytvořit strategii práce s podporovateli s cílem zvýšit objem finančních prostředků ze soukromého fundraisingu
Projekt zlepší úroveň pracovníků i celé organizace v oblasti digitalizace, kyberbezpečnosti a práce s daty s důrazem na jejich prezentaci.

The programme promotes citizens’ active participation in the public life and decision making and builds capacities of civil society organizations. Project annotation:
In addition to the services and activities offered, the internal development of the organization is also important for IQRS, including the area of effective use of digital tools. However, the unstable financing of the nonprofit sector, together with the declining trust of society, make it difficult for nonprofit organizations to allocate funds for the digitalization and professionalization of the organization. At the same time, it is precisely the better use of digital tools that helps to lead to greater trust of society and better financial prospects. Also, the experience of the coronavirus pandemic pointed out the shortcomings of the online environment both on the part of the employees and the entire organization. Last but not least, the areas of digitalization and cyber security, together with working with data and its presentation, were identified as weaknesses of the organization by the AVPO audit in 2021.
The main goal of the project is to strengthen financial, professional, and personnel capacities of IQRS in three areas: digitalization and cyber security, effective presentation of results and impacts of organization´s activities, and public relations and cross-sectoral cooperation.
The goals will be met thanks to mapping the current state of use of digital tools and software in IQRS, training employees in the necessary user skills in IT areas and in data visualization and presentation. As a result of a comprehensible presentation of the achievements and activities of the organization, trust in the organization and financial support from the public will increase. Cyber security will be strengthened, especially when working with sensitive data.
Other goals of the project include:
– discovering the real state of use of IT technologies and the knowledge of employees in the field of cyber security and digital competences
– creating a plan for the development of digital competences according to individual areas of work/positions
– learning modern methods of working with data and use this newly acquired knowledge in the presentation (with an emphasis on visualization) of the organization´s work and its impacts
– creating a strategy for working with supporters with the aim of increasing the volume of funds from private fundraising
The project will improve the level of workers and the entire organization, cyber security, and manipulation with data, emphasizing their presentation.
